The Cultural Council of Indian River County, Inc. is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under Chapter 496, Florida Statutes, the Solicitation of Contributions Act (registration number CH5921). We do not have a professional fundraiser. The Cultural Council of Indian River County is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations become the property of the Cultural Council of Indian River County.
