The First Floor Sculpture Gallery is located in the circular lobby area. We have 12 Sculpture stands at various heights with a top of 18"x18". These stands can also be placed horizontally to accommodate more pieces.
The First Floor Gallery is an interior hallway area by the Jury Assembly Room and Civil Division. It has 140 feet of hanging space, artificial (fluorescent) lighting and receives the most traffic.
The Second and Third Floor Galleries are hallways to the various courtrooms and offices offering natural light facing a glass wall. The Second Floor has about 140 feet of hanging space and the Third Floor has about 80 feet.

Important Information about the Courthouse Exhibitions
As a courtesy to visitors and personnel at the Indian River County Courthouse as well as at all our public art venues we ask that artists use discretion in presenting works of the human figure. Original works only are permitted for painters and mixed media artists. Giclees, lithographs or electronic prints are not accepted. Printmakers may exhibit hand-pulled prints. Digital artists and digital photographers only may exhibit electronic prints. Publicity: We submit psa's to local media announcing your show for local listings and possible features. We feature the exhibit in the Press Journal's "Cultural Connection" Title Cards: Title, Medium, Size and Artist's name only. Prices are not permitted on the artworks. However, artists may make up a price list for the front desk
Brochures - Title & Contact Sheet: Brochure Holders are located at the Front Desk. Artists may create brochures for the holders that include prices for each work being displayed. The brochure holders are for tri-fold brochures (about 4" wide x 11" high)
Receptions: Exhibiting artists may have a reception at the Courthouse. Artists are responsible for the food & drink, the Cultural Council will provide the PR for the opening. Contact our Reception Coordinator, Linda Bergeron by email linda41@comcast.net for details.
